What is the delivery time?

Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation with an estimated delivery time when your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are actively working to offer this in the future, so please keep an eye out for updates.

Which shipping company do you use?

We use GLS, Postnord and DAO.

What delivery methods do you offer?

You can either order for home delivery or a parcel box near your home.

The price for delivery to a parcel box is: from 49 kr.

The price for home delivery is: from DKK 65.

If you buy for over 699kr, you get free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 1 - 3 business days if the item is in stock. However, our delivery time is 3-5 days, so we can guarantee your delivery time.

In addition, your order is usually ready to ship in less than 24 hours on weekdays.

You can find a more accurate delivery time estimate in the shipping confirmation that you will receive via email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

We offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

As soon as your purchase is completed, you will receive your order confirmation via the email you used to place the order. If you do not receive one, please contact us at info@formell.dk.
We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I see your products in a physical store?

You can currently only find our products online.

Is steel interior durable?

Yes, steel is an extremely durable material that can withstand wear and tear and withstand daily use. Our steel interiors are designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing for many years.

How do I clean steel interiors?

Dissolve a little washing-up liquid in a bowl of warm water, wring a microfiber cloth in the soapy water and wash the surface . Then wipe with a dry cloth, pour a little cooking oil on the cloth and polish the surface. Let it sit for fifteen minutes, and then polish with a dry cloth.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How does your return policy work?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.

Does the item have to be in original packaging to be returned?

The item must be in the same condition as when received. This means that it must be returned in its original packaging and packed securely so that it does not break during transit.

If this is not met, we will assess whether the item has lost value. If the aforementioned is the case, we reserve the right to not approve the return or to offset the return amount.

The return is at your own expense.

COMPLAINT

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Unfortunately, this can happen – even with careful shipping.

We would like to ask you to take pictures of the package and the defective item and send it to our customer service at info@formell.dk. We will make sure to solve the problem and help you with a suitable solution as soon as possible.

How do I file a complaint?

To file a complaint, please contact our customer service at info@formell.dk and provide the order number and a description of the problem or defect. You must also attach pictures of the damage/defect.

We will investigate your complaint and assess whether it is justified. This may include requesting additional photos or other forms of documentation.
